1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and add 3 teaspoons of Samadhi Chai Blend. Let Simmer for 3 minutes.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1/2 cup of milk.
3. Boil and let steep for 3 minutes for best results. Strain the mix, and enjoy your perfect cup of homemade chai!

Yes, you can. We highly recommend Oat Milk as a whole milk alternative. We don't recommend Almond Milk (not that you can't use it) but because of the watery texture, it can get diluted.
All of the spices are natural and from Mother Nature herself. Each Spice has a different health benefit. You can maximize not only the taste but the health benefits by grating some fresh ginger into your morning chai.
Not at all. You can use any sweetener alternative or no sugar at all. We do recommend that if you choose to use an alternative sweetener that you add it in after you strain the chai.
